This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments made to Nidroid.online are generally non-refundable.
Once a project or campaign has begun, costs are immediately incurred on strategy, planning, manpower, tools, and platform fees.
However, in special cases, partial refunds may be considered under the conditions below.
2. No Refunds Provided For
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Management, Advertising, Branding, etc.) once work has started
- Delays caused by clientβs lack of response, missing information, or incomplete materials
- Poor campaign performance caused by market conditions, algorithm changes, or third-party platform issues
- Content creation, graphic design, or video editing after initial delivery
- Monthly retainers, consulting fees, and subscription services
- Any services purchased at discount or promotional pricing
- Third-party expenses such as advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
3. Conditions for Partial Refund (If Applicable)
We may issue a partial refund only if:
- The service has not started yet
- The client made a payment by mistake (duplicate payment, wrong package, etc.)
- We are unable to deliver the service due to internal technical issues
Any approved refund will be processed after deducting:
- Transaction fees
- Administrative/processing charges
- Cost of completed work (if any)
Refund approval is entirely at the discretion of Nidroid.online Management.
4. Refund Timeframe
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7β14 business days
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method
Bank delays are outside our control.
5. Third-Party Payment or Advertising Budgets
Payments made directly to advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) are non-refundable.
We do not control or manage refunds for external platforms.
6. Project Cancellation
If the client wishes to cancel the project:
- No refund will be issued for work already completed
- Any incomplete work will be delivered in its current state
- Future recurring billing may be stopped upon request
